Why new Maruti Swift crossed booking of 40000 in just a month..
Maruti Suzuki's new Swift 2018, which showcased its Auto Expo in 2017, and launched in 2018 in India has crossed more than 40,000 bookings, Maruti Spokesperson said Maruti has achieved this milestone in just month from its launch.
The all new Maruti Swift introduced in both petrol & diesel variants , the price of petrol variant starts from Rs 4.99 lakh, which end on to 8.29 lakh for diesel variant (prices mentioned hear based on Ex-Showroom Delhi).
As per the recent report from Maruti dealership network , the demand of Petrol variant is high than diesel variant .
The petrol engine comes in 1.2 liter engine option, which produce the torque of 83PS and 113Nm.
On the other side the diesel Swift has a 1.3 liter engine, which gives torque of 75PS power and 190Nm.
The new swift have both the engines Manual and AMT gearbox. Manual has option of 5-speed gearbox option.
About mileage , The Petrol variant can deliver the mileage if 22KM/Ltr( Certified mileage ) whereas it can deliver about 18km/ltr in city & 24Kmpl on highway. On other side the diesel variant deliver exceptionally well 28.4 kmpl mileage (Certified mileage ) whereas it can deliver about 23-25km/ltr in city driving & 28-30Kmpl on highway.
Talking about the colors of new Swift the swift has launched in 6 color options
The new Swift has joined the same platform where, Maruti Baleno, Ignis and Desire have been built. All these cars prepared on HiTehc platform.
