Exterior: Maruti has not declared any new color options in diesel variant, they are stuck with their available colors. Maruti should add some color options to Celerio in coming months or years. In coming months Ritz will be discontinued so we though company is now focusing on Celerio diesel as its lowest diesel variant from Maruti before swift. So may be in coming months Maruti will try to integrate some feature in Celerio.
There is no any specific change identified expect the diesel engine badge. DDiS, this is only identification we have currently between Maruti Celerio Diesel and Celerio Petrol variant.

Interior: No Specific changes identified for Celerio diesel expect the seat materiel used inside for Celerio diesel. They might have improved quality of seat covers considering average diesel car driving in moth or in year.

Engine: As we said it’s packed 2 cylinders 793CC with 125NM of maximum torque, it generates the power of 46HP.  When we took test drive, the noise comes from engines was familiar, it’s surprisingly similar to Tata Nano, not the exact one but somehow we got the feel of Tata Nano in terms of noise only. But when the car stared running on highway we got the real feel of Celerio Petrol, you can’t identify the difference between Celerio petrol and Celerio diesel while driving, its amazing job done by Maruti engineers.

Mileages: The ARAI Certified Mileage Celerio Diesel is 27.62KMPH under stander conditions, when your drive car in city it gives you around 25Kmpl* and highway it gives you around 27Kmpl.

Overall: Maruti has did phenomenal job for Indian people, Maruti proves gain “Kitana Deti Hai” by launching Celerio in Indian market, this can be the next revolution from Maruti after Maruti 800. It’s time to think for other auto manufacturer in India.
